Apple has launched its new iPad for students and is following up the new device with a fun new spot that celebrates learning.
The ad was directed by Mark Molloy via Smuggler and follows a bunch of seemingly bored kids who get a special school assignment for homework to study gravity. These initially uninteresting kids suddenly burst in creativity, creating all sorts of experiments to show effects of gravity, utilizing along the way all the features offered by their new iPads.
The spot is set to the poem „Homework! Oh, Homework!” by Jack Prelutsky, recited in this spot by Mark Fenske. Thus, the spot gets an additional layer of humour which really makes it stand out.
