Fernando Machado, Chief Marketing Officer at Activision Blizzard from USA, Karolina Galácz, Creative Director at DDB Budapest from Hungary and Thomas Kolster, Founder and Creative Director at Goodvertising from Denmark will be taking the virtual stage and sharing their views and ideas for Re:Starting the Future!

Fernando Machado is a global marketer with a passion for growing brands and businesses. With more than 160 Lions in Cannes, 24 D&AD Yellow Pencils, 1 D&AD Black Pencil, and 2 Grand Effies in North America, Fernando is known for pushing the creative boundaries to drive business growth. After a long and successful career at Unilever and Restaurant Brands International, Fernando took the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Activision Blizzard, one of the largest game companies in the world developing and publishing franchises like World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, Diablo, Candy Crush…

Karolina Galácz helped Ogilvy, then Y&R, and recently, DDB all become the most creative agencies in Hungary for several years in a row. With her leadership, the DDB team has won accolades from Cannes Lions, New York Festivals and London International in the last 3 years, along with a cool first for Hungary: the cover of Adweek for a piece for McDonald’s Hungary. In 2019, she was the winner of the bursary competition for the Berlin School of Creative Leadership’s Cannes Creative Leadership Programme.

Thomas Kolster is a marketing activist on a mission to make business put people and planet first. As a seasoned branding and sustainability professional of more than 18 years’ standing, he’s advised Fortune 500 companies, small start-ups, governments, agencies, and non-profits. He’s the founder of the global Goodvertising movement that’s inspired a shift for the better in advertising. He’s also the author of two books: ‘Goodvertising’ (Thames & Hudson 2012) and ‘The Hero Trap’ (2020). He’s an internationally recognised keynote speaker and a columnist for the Guardian, Adweek, The Drum. As a passionate entrepreneur and change agent he’s launched several impact platforms like Cph:Change and Wheregoodgrows.

    EKREM DUPANOVIĆ, founder of Media Marketing portal, author of the Creative Portfolio He started working in the advertising and PR industry 54 years ago (in 1970). For the first 15 years, he worked in the economic and advertising program of Radio Sarajevo (1970-1985), after which he joined the marketing agency OSSA, where he led the sports marketing team for five years. In 1990, he was appointed director of the Yugoslav-Swiss marketing agency IMS/STUDIO 6 Yugoslavia, established through a joint venture by OSSA and IMS/STUDIO 6 Lausanne. Shortly after its founding, he signed a contract with the Yugoslav Prime Minister Ante Marković, making IMS/STUDIO 6 Yugoslavia the first official agency of a Yugoslav government. He worked on sponsorship projects for major international events, such as the Winter Olympic Games Sarajevo 1984, the World Cup Ski Finals Sarajevo 1987 (marketing director), the European Athletics Championships "Split 1990" (marketing director), the World Ski Flying Championships "Planica 1994," and others. He managed the sponsorship of Monica Seles from her early days to becoming the world’s number one female tennis player. He is the author of the Woman.Comm Club project, which is successfully expanding in all countries of the Adriatic region.
