The fourth Premium Spirits Conference this time was dedicated not only to the latest trends in the market of premium alcoholic beverages, but also improving the experience of end consumers. Coca-Cola HBC Serbia, as the organizer of the conference, once again brought together the world’s biggest professionals, trendsetters and innovators who provided insight to professionals into new opportunities for development of the market of premium alcoholic beverages, promoting different techniques of production, promotion and sales of world famous brands, with a reminder of the importance of responsible advertising.
“The market of premium spirits is one of the most dynamic industries with constant growth and the inclination to change and improve the experience of end consumers, as well as to strengthen the relationship between brands and consumers. We are very pleased that interest in this conference is growing year by year and we see how global trends in the segment of premium spirits are being implemented in the domestic market faster,” said Dimitrios Zafeirakis, manager of premium spirits and sector of soft drinks at Coca-Cola HBC Serbia.
Renowned lecturers and guests of the conference talked about the new and popular trends in the industry of premium alcoholic beverages.
Among the speakers who caused special attention were Jules Dickinson from IWSR who spoke about the potential of e-commerce in this area, Nidal Ramini from Brown Forman, whose lecture was related to creating brand ambassadors among consumers, as well as Dušan Zarić, a bartender and mixologist who brought the latest trends in preparing and serving cocktails from New York.
