US ice cream brand Halo Top has hired parody master Mike Diva, to produce a marvelous and hillarious ad, perfect to run before horror films in cinema.
The Kubrick-like ad brings a vision of the world enslaved by robots, and ice cream’s role in the early communication between robots and humans.
Dark comedy of the spot hits all the right marks in making this one of the strangest ice cream commercials of all time, especially the „Everyone you love is gone“ statement given by a rather cute robot in this spot.
As said, the spot was directed by Mike Diva, well known for his parody ads for Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton in the last election, and the production was done Lord Danger Productions.
