Ad Age’s Women to Watch has come to Europe to honor outstanding women in marketing, advertising and media from the U.K. and other major markets in Western Europe who are changing the industry now. The first class of 20 Women to Watch Europe honorees includes Penny Herriman, who is turning online clothing retailer Boden into a global brand, and L’Oreal’s first chief digital officer, Lubomira Rochet. Tanya Joseph and Sport England are encouraging women to be more active with #ThisGirlCan. Karen Blackett and Tammy Einav break new ground at MediaCom U.K. and Adam & Eve/DDB and Anne de Maupeou leads creative at Marcel.
