In the new campaign for Iskon, agency Señor has “dug out” 90’s footage of the famous Croatian actors Lana Barić and Borko Perić, in which they tell the stories of “ridiculous roles” offered to them which they passed. But in the hindsight, were those roles really so bad? In fact, the descriptions irresistibly remind of one of the most popular series and one of the most popular films of the nineties (The X Files and the Lord of the Rings).
The goal of the campaign is to point out that you should never miss out on once in a lifetime opportunities, boasting the offer of Iskon exactly as such. “There is probably no person in the world who hasn’t facepalmed at least once in their life, and wished to go back in time and kick themselves in the but for what they did (or didn’t do). When we placed this fact in the context of our talented actors and the new offer from Iskon, the only thing that remained was to do finishing touches on the spots and other materials. I personally regret that I didn’t ask our costume designer to give me Borko’s shirt,” said Vanja Blumenšajn, Señor’s Very Creative Director.
The campaign launches today, and represents the continuation of the long-term cooperation between Iskon and Señor, which over the last five years dominated the category of Telecommunications at the largest Croatian advertising festival – IdejaX.
