BELGRADE MARATHON AND IDEA HAVE SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT ON EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP
Belgrade Marathon this year marks its 30th birthday. At the press conference held on this occasion, the Belgrade Marathon and IDEA signed a new three-year contract for exclusive sponsorship, which gives support to one of the major sporting events which bears the stamp of Belgrade, it was said during the signing of the sponsorship contract at the premises of the City Assembly.
“IDEA has its mission, which is to be an active member of the local community in which it does business. That’s why it is my great honor and pleasure on behalf of all my colleagues to be a part of the dream that was started back in 1988 by Đoko Vještica and Brane Radović when they recognized the marathon as a feature of big cities. Since then, Belgrade Marathon has become exactly that. It has become the most important symbol of the city – something that is important to all of Belgrade,” said Matija Protić, head of marketing at Mercator-S, and added: “Over the past three decades the biggest names in world athletics ran the Belgrade Marathon, people from all over the world and of different generations. It is our pleasure for the fourth time to be part of this race, in which we will jointly reach the common goal. I sincerely hope that this year will surpass the record number of participants and it is my great honor that by signing this new three-year contract, IDEA remained consistent in supporting the Belgrade Marathon through the campaign Belgrade – City of Your IDEAS, and remained a proud sponsor of this prestigious event.”
Through the campaign Belgrade – City of Your IDEAS, the company has been supporting many city events over the years, such as the Open Heart Street, Museum Night, Belgrade Boat Carnival, Belgrade Book Fair, and it is therefore completely natural that it also supports the most important sports event in this city.

SNAPCHAT AND DISCOVERY COMMUNICATIONS ARE MAKING FIRST ORIGINAL SERIES FOR MOBILE DEVICES, CALLING ADVERTISERS AND SPONSORS TO COLLABORATION

This is an exclusive mobile series based on favorite TV content such as the Shark Week and MythBusters. “Discovery is a world famous storyteller who turns content into a cultural phenomenon,” said Nick Bell, head of content at Snapchat. “We all know their achievements in the field of television content and we await new concepts in the new medium with great interest.”

IPHONE 8: CURVED SCREEN, EYE SCANNER AND VIRTUAL KEYPAD?
Since the year 2017 brings the tenth anniversary of the iPhone – a smartphone that not only pushed Apple to the top of the list of most valuable companies in the world, but also created the basic pattern that is now followed by virtually all manufacturers of smartphones – consumers are expecting a range of miracles from the new generation that should be presented in September.
Apple is tight lipped as usual, but every now and then a few details leak from somewhere in the production and dealership chain (and it wouldn’t come as a surprise if this information was leaked by Apple itself, perhaps the most capable company in the world when it comes to marketing, in order to maintain public interest until the official launch). So there is already plenty of rumors about what the new iPhone should bring. It is still not clear whether it will be called iPhone 8, iPhone X or something completely different.
iPhone 8 will experience a radical redesign from its predecessor, which has basically been the same for three generations.
There are rumors that the new flagship will have a screen from edge to edge, which is why there will be no chin and forehead of the phone that currently hold the home button, the speaker, the selfie camera, proximity sensor, etc. Instead, the home button – which also serves as a fingerprint scanner – should be incorporated directly into the screen. The casing should be glass (with aluminum or steel rim), which would allow for wireless charging. With the concept of the screen from edge to edge, iPhone 8 should be close to the 4.7-inch iPhone in size, but with a screen diagonal of 5.5 inches. Some rumors even mention that the display could have a diagonal of 5.8 inches, with the diagonal of 5.15 inches of the usable space. The rest of the screen, on the chin of the device, would be reserved for the virtual function keys which would replace the physical home button.
