The leading PR agency in Serbia and Montenegro, Represent Communications, has expanded operations to Bosnia and Herzegovina, opening an office in Banja Luka. All the services in their portfolio, the agency will now provide in an identical manner to all markets where it is now present.
“The increasingly frequent requests of clients for an agency that can cater for clients in multiple markets from a single center have led us to open a third agency in the region. We opted for Banja Luka because of the closeness of our markets and cultures, and with a desire to invest in the communications market in the Republika Srpska, and the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will provide services to all of our clients through our regional team that is very well acquainted with local conditions and media,” said Borislav Miljanović, founder and CEO of Represent System, within which Represent Communications Banja Luka operates since recently.
Represent Communications in Belgrade has more than 40 employees, and in line with current trends, it pays special attention to the development of digital communications through The Content Studio, but also other areas of communication, such as internal and crisis communication, or education in the field of PR.
“Presence in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2013 has convinced us in the maturity of clients and their openness for new services. We met a number of companies that follow trends and would like to actively be present both in traditional media and emerging channels. We are a leader in providing services in the field of digital communications through our Content Studio, at the beginning of October we had our first conference on content in digital channels, and soon we will launch the Content Academy in Belgrade. We are looking forward to our next stops for the development of digital communication in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Miljanović added.
Head of the Banja Luka office is Bojana Radić, who has years of experience in similar jobs and excellent knowledge of the media. Bojana Radić was born in Banja Luka, where she graduated the Faculty of Economics, and has gained experience in companies such as Deus System and Europapier, member of the Heinzel Group.
Coordination of projects in the region and the relationship between all offices will be overseen by Jelena Mikić, Regional Director of Represent Communications.
