Each year Kristina makes her own personal plan. Her thoughts and wishes regarding 2016 are quite interesting.
We all know the famous “New Year’s Resolution” lists. Maybe it sounds like the biggest of clichés, but for me it really works. I hope that there are other people who share my enthusiasm about it :) . At the end of each year I frankly look forward to scratching the things that I’ve done off the list, and analyzing what I could have done better. If something is left unfinished, why it is so and how to do it better next year.
When I do a retrospect of the year that has passed, I can say that I’ve scratched a lot of things off my list. Therefore this year I set new goals and plans, maybe a little more ambitious than in previous years, but it’s a challenge that imposes itself. I hope that with a good plan and organization it will be easily achieved. The year was interesting, with lots of new business challenges, but also new friendships and socializing.
What’s on my list every year (at one of the top three places), is working on myself, which I’d also advise to others. This is really something that can change a lot of things in your life. I think that in our profession, broad education, following trends and being well informed are key things to create something new.
I wish that in 2016 people will talk a little more with each other. I wish they will know how to listen, and to say what they think without any fear. I wish they will find their own area of interest and enjoy in what they do, because it’s the only way to make something good. I wish them to fight to make it happen. I know it won’t be easy, but it’s worth it, because in the end of the year, when they look at their “New Year’s resolutions”, I wish they will be happy with what they achieved.
