Today we talked with Mario Lovrić, Managing Director of agency Universal McCann Zagreb, about the past year, 2015 and the coming new year, 2016.
MEDIA MARKETING: What was 2015 like for the agency Universal McCann Zagreb?
MARIO LOVRIĆ: The year was very challenging for our agency. We worked harder than ever before, and in the end we can safely say that we defended our position in the market and created a very solid basis for further growth. We are proud of the fact that in very challenging times we have remained exceptionally compact, and because of that have become even better as a team.
MEDIA MARKETING: What will you remember 2015 for?
MARIO LOVRIĆ: I will remember this year for the large number of challenging projects, successful pitches, the Wave study and the change in ownership structure, which contributed to the achievement of great successes with our colleagues from the region in the new business area in the second leg of the year.
MEDIA MARKETING: What do you expect from 2016, what are your plans?
MARIO LOVRIĆ: Our plans are to further consolidate the business, both on the Croatian market and regionally, and strengthen relations with our clients and suppliers. The processes that are currently taking place in our agency will strengthen us even more and I believe will contribute to our growth. There will also be a strong focus on the further education of our staff in 2016.
