Speakers, panelists and the program of the Second Session of the Creative Republic of Bihać, organized by the Association for the promotion and development of creative industries Ventilator from Bihać, have been defined.
This year the focus was placed on tourism and branding in tourism, so, in addition to the panel How small become big – dedicated to start-ups, crafts and home industries – for all who are involved in tourism there will be a lecture on Destination identities and a panel titled Branding in Tourism. In addition to these two panels, creative delegates will have the opportunity to hear the lecture Click, Quick, Slow: Likeable Content and see the experience of two case studies: The Voice – Croatia and Adidas – Running School, which will show what’s the content that garners most “likes” on social networks. In the lecture How to use social networks in tourism, participants will learn how to act in social networks, and what kind of tourist facilities is searched for by tourists on social networks? The lecture titled Take everything, but don’t take my contacts! treats the experiences of successful regional entrepreneurs that could be heard at the Business Café events across the region.
Speakers at this year’s Creative Republic of Bihać are more than successful professionals and business people, who will share their knowledge and experiences with the participants at this year’s conference: Kristina Ercegović, successful entrepreneur from Zagreb and project manager of Business Café through which she educates and networks small businesses across the region; Jovana Lea Simić, owner and director of the Belgrade company JDM Ltd., founder of the premium brand Little Blue Pot, whose line of jams with herbs is sold in the United States as the most expensive jam in the world; Martina Kolaček from Zagreb’s digital agency 404, who is sometimes referred to as “the voice behind the voice” for project The Voice – Croatia, for whose digital campaign she was awarded as the top community manager at the last year’s SoMo Borac; Ilija Brajković (digital agency Akcija), a man who is active on the Internet scene for years, and the last six he devoted to social networks; Vanja Cuculić who gained design experience as art director at the marketing agency BBDO Zagreb, and since 2005 has launched his multiple award-winning Studio Cuculić; Slobodan Jovanović Coba, founder of Coba&associates Brand design agency, perhaps the first strictly branding agency in the region; Božo Skoko, one of the leading regional experts in branding of destinations and public relations, he led numerous projects in destination branding, PR projects, published a number of scientific and technical papers and five books, the most famous of which was Država kao brand (Country as a Brand); Amarildo Mulić, director of the National Park Una since 2011, who gained experience in the field of tourism in the country and abroad, a longtime ‘friend of the environment’, an ecologist and sports official, whose biography is rich with numerous awards and professional successes.
The conference will again be held at the Museum of the First AVNOJ Session in Bihać, on 04 June 2016.
