The City of Rijeka managed to position itself as an important player in the world of digital technologies, and the Nivago digital agency, former Otvorena mreža, played a significant role in this. Bruno Glavan, director and owner of the Nivago agency, explained the success of the agency in the previous year: “We have expanded our team of top experts, scope, range of services and products as well as the number of certificates on our wall. We work every day to create a positive business climate in which our clients fully trust us and remain faithful to us for many years – customer confidence is the driver that is most responsible for the 17 years of success behind us.”
Years of hard work and investment in new technologies has paid off many times over. Thus, Nivago has had a 26% year-on-year increase in revenue compared to 2016. This diligent team does not stop there, and continues to invest in their business. They have recently moved to a new location in a completely redesigned business space. When designing the new space, they wanted to create a pleasant and dynamic workplace where employees would feel more comfortable. Completely renovated and adapted to modern business, Nivago’s new office creates a sense of prosperity achieved by the concept of open space. Although most of the meetings, due to the fact that agency services foreign clients, are still being held online, the design of the new office was taken very seriously.
In addition to investing in their own business, their goal is to educate as many people as possible and provide them with the necessary knowledge for success in today’s digital world. Bruno is, among other things, a lecturer at the Algebra University, where he lectures a full program that includes all the courses for internet specialists in Rijeka.
Bruno explains that lecturing for him is a type of anti-stress therapy, but also “a duty to give something back to the community, educating a new generation of digital experts, creating the conditions in which a new qualified person will be born, who will contribute to our development and development of the City of Rijeka in terms of digital technologies. Why shouldn’t the city, and all of us in the process, have more benefit from digital technologies?”
Under the brand Nivago, in the new offices in Rijeka, this digital agency will continue to dedicate itself to every stage of the company’s development, but also to positioning Primorje-Gorski Kotar and Rijeka as serious competitors of the Croatian digital scene.
