The Croatian Chamber of Economy conducted an analysis of the trends in the use of media and marketing agencies among its members.
The online survey was completed by 235 member companies, and the analysis of the use of media and marketing agencies was presented at the HGK Marketing Association’s meeting.
Some of the conclusions of the research analysis are:
- The share of companies with a separate organization unit dealing with marketing is low (20%); Most often, only one employee is engaged in marketing, except in large companies.
- The main recognized benefits of collaboration with marketing agencies is their expertise and know-how, clear recognition of product or business visibility, and outsourcing of staff.
- The main obstacles are budget availability and the price of agency services.
