Agency Kofein designs new visual identity for Days of Communication: The Festival that Connects

Agency Kofein designs new visual identity for Days of Communication: The Festival that Connects

The creative agency Kofein took the lead on this year’s visual identity of the Croatia’s national advertising festival Days of Communication. The conceptual idea titled The Festival that Connects presents Days of Communication as a place of inspiration, exchange of information, connectivity and vision. Charismatic speakers and an interesting program open up new possibilities: familiar things are reassessed and viewed from a new angle, while those unknown open up some new perspectives.

The illustration, which will represent the new edition of the Days of Communication, represents exactly this dynamism of the festival, and highlights the thought that we are all connected at Days of Communication, together we are moving the world of communication and creating change.

It unites the simplicity of the stroke and its expressiveness and playfulness, while the circle motif symbolizes the community of networked creators. It is represented by an unbroken line within which individuals complement and supplement each other.

Kofein is a dynamic agency whose DNA is made of storymaking in all its shapes – from classic 360 ° campaigns and branding to digital advertising and networking. To visualize the idea, the agency chose a young and promising designer and illustrator Klasja Habjan.

Klasja in her illustrations merges her own techniques, short stories and visual experiments, and her work will this year tell the success story of Days of Communication and help connect experts from all over the world, from America to Asia, during a three-day gathering in Rovinj.

Speakers announced so far for the traditionally rich program of Days of Communication are global leaders Matt Biespiel, winner of the world’s best advertiser award and two-time winner of the most effective advertiser in the world recognition; Yousef Tuqan Tuqan, digital evangelist and global director of innovation in a consulting firm that operates in 120 countries, Accenture Interactive; Che-Wei Wang, one of the world’s leading experts in the field of generative design, and Mark Earls, behavioral psychology expert and bestseller author, aka HERDmeister.
