What do dogs think about ticks and fleas biting them? Well, they talk about it, actually they sing about it, in the new campaign that ZOO agency did for Bayers brands Advantix and Foresto. TV ad features Jessiva, Delko, Jazz, Mimi, Thobias and Molly. Actors met on the set for the first time but that didn’t stop them to sing about problems with ticks and fleas.

Creative idea was driven by the need to present Advantix and Foresto and its competitive advantages in an interesting and memorable way. Bayers brands repel and kill ticks and fleas before they get a chance to bite, which is opposite of competitors products that work in a different way – they need to let parasites bite the dog before they can kill them. Although your dogs cant talk, we believe that they hate it when parasites bite them. This was the inspiration for the song Every bite is yuck that positions Bayers brands as products that offer bite-free protection.
Besides TV ad, ZOO agency created posters, leaflets, OOH materials. Digital extension of campaign featured display ads, Facebook ads and a microsite. At the moment the campaign is active in Croatia and concept is adapted for other markets in the Southeast Europe.
