The Days of Communication festival will be held from March 28 to 31, 2019 at Hotel Lone in Rovinj. We will have the opportunity to learn the answers to global questions in the communications industry from renowned lecturers from all over the world who will become part of the Rovinj community during three days of the festival.
The first announced speakers of the traditionally rich program are the marketing star and the winner of the prestigious award for world’s best advertiser Matt Biespiel, and the Global Innovation Manager at Accenture Interactive Yousef Tuqan Tuqan.
Matt Biespiel is the man who brought McDonald’s the title of the most efficient brand in the world for two consecutive years in his post as Global Marketing Director,and was also the winner for the best advertiser in the world at the world’s most prestigious advertising festival in Cannes.
He has managed McDonald’s communication in 118 countries around the world, and the catchy slogan I’m lovin it – and the accompanying tune that is hummed by millions of people for years now – was under his leadership for years.
Another announced speaker is Yousef Tuqan Tuqan, who is the Global Design & Innovation Principal Director and Digital Evangelist at Accenture Interactive. This world-renowned digital visionary is a speaker on topics of digital trends at Cannes for years now, and is one of the most popular lecturers of this prestigious festival.
Director of the Days of Communication and Festival Program, Dunja Ivan Ballon, shared her expectations for 2019: “This year, in Rovinj, we are wiping the boundaries and connecting with the whole world! We have confirmed the arrival of global leaders at the festival, so my expectations are very clear – that during these three days Croatia becomes the center of the communications industry.”
