Publicis Grupe CEO Maurice Lévy has a long-standing tradition to videotape a holiday message to employees, but this year Levy has outdone himself with a comic video themed “The Skippable Wishes”.
It starts out in ordinary fashion. Lévy sitting at his desk warning viewers not to expect “anything funny or any technological tricks.” He then acknowledges that most people skip ads to get to the content and tells viewers to go ahead and skip his message to get to some ads. As soon as you click the skip button, you will realize that Lévy has broken his promise on nothing funny and no tech tricks.
