The Reputation Institute has released its Global RepTrak 2019 report, ranking brands according to their global reputation.
As noted in the survey, a growth of brand reputation was recorded globally in relation to the 2018 report, which is attributed to the rise in trust in brands in general.
Namely, in the previous report, there has been a decline in trust caused by a number of crises, from data breach scandals to cases of sexual harassment that have shaken overall trust in the company.
This year’s report notes a slight increase in trust, and 52% of people say they are keeping an open mind. Those who will profit most in this field will be those who can increase their positive perception, giving precedence to corporate responsibility and ethics.
In the infographics below, see which 100 brands enjoy the highest consumer confidence globally.
