Is there anything worse than slow internet? Of course there is, but if we were to make a list of things that we hate the most, this one would certainly be on it. One of the dangers of slow internet is that some fads reach you quite late – and in the case of this ad they came with several years of delay.
Agency TBWA \ Raad in did a fun campaign for Connect Internet in Lebanon, where they emphasize the dangers of slow Internet by bringing us yesterday’s trends in the ads that tell us „don’t be the last to get it.“
The ads thus show globally popular trends of yesterday, like the Ice Bucket Challenge and the Harlem Shake, while the agency claims that the videos used „unscripted characters from remote areas of Lebanon.“
