The ENTG, agency specialized in digital, marketing and innovative solutions, joined the consultancy company EY Croatia. With this addition, EY will enrich its range of consulting services for clients, with emphasis on user experience and design, and will expand its market share in providing digital services.
In recent years, ENTG has been assisting leading companies in various sectors, both in Croatia and abroad, in improving their business processes and provide a rich user experience through digital marketing and creating innovative tech solutions. With these new competencies, the EY will enhance existing services in multiple areas, including strategy, marketing, design, software development, digital transformation, analytics and creative technology solutions.
Country Managing Partner at EY Croatia Berislav Horvat commented: “This acquisition is part of continuous investment and growth of the EY in Croatia, but also globally. Since the launch of the Consulting Department in 2013, we have built a team of experts from private and public sector who deal with infrastructure projects, EU funding, IT solutions, business process improvement and other areas. Although the Department has been recording a significant organic growth since the beginning, we regularly consider other business expansion opportunities, especially when they include innovative companies with talented people like the ENTG.”
“Expectations of today’s consumers have largely been shaped by the products and services of digital companies that provide a simple and intuitive user experience. Therefore, traditional players who have developed business prior to digitization today are investing great efforts to adapt to new trends and maintain competitiveness,” said Tauno Olju, main partner in the Consulting Division. “With this reinforcement, we will provide our clients the latest solutions and tools to successfully overcome the challenges posed by digital transformation, and to become market disruptors.”
ENTG founder Ida Pandur added: “The vision of ENTG has always been to play on the global market and to position itself as a disruptor of the status quo in the traditional way of doing business, and to do so through innovation. By entering the EY, with which we share the same values and clear strategic goals for the future, we have made another big step towards that. We believe that by linking our agency knowledge and agility in creation and execution of technology-focused and user-centered solutions, with a consultant approach to problem solving, we can make a lot more value to both of our clients. Our focus will be on creating advanced user experiences with strong footing in digital. We look forward to being the first in our market who will be able to offer that.”
