“Inter-network, the last data frontier. These are the voyages of the internetship Browser. Our continuous mission is to explore new speeds and new networking technologies, and to boldly download where no one has uploaded yet,” says the introductory part of the new humorous YouTube series that makes a nod to the famous science-fiction series Star Trek.
Captain, Klingor and Tuvalka, the crew of the “Internetship Browser”, are the main actors of this native science-fiction series on YouTube in Croatia – “B.trek – Deep Inter-network”, which was jointly prepared by B.net and News Bar over the past six months. The first season of B.Trek has five episodes so far, with new episodes scheduled to entertain the viewers every Monday.
The location of the story is Deep Inter-network, the “latest data frontier”, in which Browser crew, embodied by the regionally famous satirical team of News Bar, revives the iconic Star Trek, a series that celebrated its 50th birthday last year and which year after year has an increasing number of fans around the world.
