SEMPL COMES TO BELGRADE!
SEMPL, the regional media trends conference is organizing a special free workshop with Google Adriatic in Belgrade on the latest trends in digital communication.

The agency for integrated communication Ruskin & Hunt has a new executive director – Đorđe Odavić, who since 2014 served as director of media relations at the same agency.
Agency Ruskin & Hunt began a new phase of development two years ago, and today offers a wide range of services in the field of integrated communications.

COCA-COLA TO PRESENT RESULTS AND INTERNS OF THE FIRST COKE SUMMERSHIP IN BIH
Today in the Meeting Point Cinema in Sarajevo, Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo will hold the closing ceremony of Coca-Cola’s first summer practice program – Coke Summership 2016 – and will present the results of the internship program achieved by this year’s nineteen participants.
Coca-Cola HBC BH Sarajevo for the first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina implemented the Coke Summership program under the auspices of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the public institution Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton. The program was implemented with the friendly support of universities in Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Mostar and Tuzla, student organizations AIESEC, IASTE, EESTEC and EYP (European Youth Parliament), portal posao.ba and media partner Klix.ba.
DEUTSCH’S CHAIRMAN AND FORMER CEO LINDA SAWYER IS LEAVING THE AGENCY AFTER 27 YEARS
Deutsch announced a major leadership change as chairman and longtime executive Linda Sawyer plans to leave the agency at the end of the calendar year. She plans to launch an unnamed ecommerce project in early 2017.
Sawyer, who has been with the IPG network for more than 27 years, replaced former chairman and TV personality Donny Deutsch as its top executive last year while Mike Sheldon was simultaneously promoted to the chief executive role. Following her departure, Sheldon will hold the title of chairman and CEO, North America.
The departing chairman joined the Deutsch organization in 1989 and ascended to the CEO role 16 years later as Donny Deutsch became chairman during a transitional period for the agency. The press release announcing Sawyer’s pending departure notes that revenue has increased “more than ten-fold” during the entirety of her tenure and that she has been frequently named one of the industry’s most powerful female leaders by various trade groups and publications.
PINTEREST LAUNCHES PROMOTE BUTTON
Pinterest wants businesses of all sizes to know that if they can spare nine seconds, they can create campaigns via its new Promote button.
In a statement for SocialTimes, Pinterest explained that it’s simple as selecting a Pin you want to promote, determining a budget and clicking the promote button. The user pays only when someone clicks through to their website from the promoted pin, and the pin can also be added keywords that help Pinterest in serving the Promoted Pin in relevant search results and feeds.
