With the aim of expanding the expertise and spectrum of services from the domain of digital marketing and communications, Bruketa&Žinić OM agency has reinforced its existing digital team this summer with new experts. Ivan Kovačević, until recently the head of digital marketing at Agrokor, has joined B&Ž as digital director. He is joined by Dario Drmač, founder and longtime head of digital department at Unex, Robert Petković, renowned web analyst with more than 20 years of experience, and Andrea Svilokos, until recently digital marketing manager at Konzum. The segment of Google and Facebook advertising has been reinforced with the arrival of Dubravka Srkulj, also from Agrokor.

New members of B&Ž’s digital team have extensive experience and competencies in developing strategies for digital communication in retail, e-commerce, tourism, telecommunications, banking, consumer goods, automotive industry and 15 years of experience in online analytics tools. Over the last two years, they have created more than 3,000 digital campaigns, 130,000 ads, 100,000 keywords, 50 websites and apps, and 20 content marketing projects. They also worked on developing strategies, consulting, advertising and quality assurances of major e-commerce projects, and have held lectures and trainings at 50 conferences.

The focus of Ivan Kovačević before joining the B&Ž has been on building the internal competences of all Agrokor’s members in the digital marketing segment, digital transformation and implementation of new digital communication channels in business. At Agrokor, he worked on maximizing the impact of digital channels on marketing and sales of all members of the group. He notes that his greatest achievement was the building and nurturing of internal digital teams in all the companies of the group, which, he says, were and still are the key component in development of Digital. Among digital projects, his greatest passion lies with the study of consumer behavior, e-commerce, analytics and location-based marketing.
Dario Drmač is joining B&Ž in the position of eCommerce and Digital Transformation Manager. He has ten years of digital marketing experience. He founded the digital department at Unex Group, and built a team of 12 experts from different areas of digital marketing. In managing the department, Dario was focused on strategic management and coordination and employee development. His management of this department has resulted with an average 30% annual rise in digital turnover. In addition, as one of his key achievements he points out the implementation and development of the first Private Marketplace programming platform in the Croatian market. The goal of this platform was to increase campaign performance with as little investment as possible through the use of advanced tools such as Data Management Platforms and performance coordination between the demand side and service side platforms, resulting in an average increase in campaign performance of 10 to 15%. In addition, Dario is developing an eCommerce platform that deals with the promotion and sale of Croatian wines online. Work on this project includes digital strategies, content development, newsletter marketing, search engine marketing and business intelligence.
Robert Petković joins B&Ž as the Analytics Lead. He’s a longtime Internet expert with rich experience in all areas related to website design, analytics, promotion and optimization with the goal of website efficiency. Given the fact that he graduated from psychology studies and having experience in working with databases, creating dynamic websites and analytics, his current focus is the advanced implementation of web analytics using Google Tag Manager, with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B Testing, Behavioral Marketing, integration of online and offline stores, and search engine optimization (SEO). After eight years spent in Rijeka-based Multilink, he first went to Degordian, and then moved to Agrokor to the position of chief web analyst for the whole group, where he was responsible for analytics of all Agrokor brands’ websites. He worked on setting up and optimizing webshops such as Konzum Klik and Abrakadabra, as well as numerous content marketing projects. Robert is a frequent lecturer at numerous domestic and international conferences in the field of analytics. He is associate and lecturer at Algebra and Web Marketing universities, and a member of the eCommerce Croatia association. He is also the program director of the LINK conference, held in Sarajevo.
Andrea Svilokos comes to the position of the Digital Account Manager. She started her career at Belgrade-based digital agency Drive (McCann). Seven years of work with clients predominantly from fields of commerce and telecommunications enabled her to apply and test her knowledge in the most challenging industries. Through dynamic agency life she has gained experience in working on projects from different digital spheres, from media planning, social networks, content plans, annual digital strategies to project management on many development projects. Having mastered her craft on the agency side, she decided to switch to the client side and to cross the border. In late 2015 she moved to Zagreb where she took over the position of the head of digital marketing department at Konzum. She singles out her work on the development of the Konzum Klik webshop.
Dubravka Srkulj will take the position of Senior PPC Specialist. Although a psychologist by profession, seven years ago Dubravka ventured into the world of digital. Her special area of interest is analysis and prediction of user behavior on the Internet, hence opting for Google AdWords and related advertising tools. She started working for a small company as an internal AdWords expert, and through the work at companies such as Kupi.me, Studio Moderna and Agrokor, she gained rich experience in various segments of digital marketing (email marketing, SEO, Facebook advertising, Google AdWords, Affiliate marketing, Google Analytics and others). She led about 2,000 AdWords campaigns, created more than 100,000 ads, and effectively invested more than HRK 9,000,000 of marketing budgets. Her primary goals are raising campaign efficiency and achieving quality results.
