With a turnover of around half a million euros and an increase in revenue of almost 20%, DIALOG met all its business objectives and also cemented its position in the Croatian PR market, which is slowly recovering from years of recession.
The opening of three new specialist departments – Public Affairs, Event Management and Social Networks – contributed to its business momentum, and DIALOG starts the new year with five new employees, in new premises.
Its collaboration with partners in Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina has gained a new dimension through joint projects and the sharing of knowledge and experience. Such complementary teams represent the most potent PR capacity in the region.
Along with continued collaboration with longtime clients such as Beiersdorf, Booking.com, Adidas, Wrigley and Amway, several important tenders were won, such as those for the European Commission, the European Parliament, Bosch, Oracle and EPL. Cooperation with the public and non-profit sector is continuously growing and has brought a new quality to its business.
Pro bono projects also bring great joy to the DIALOG team, of which there were several – with the School of Design, the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb, projects with the Union of Societies Our Children, and helping refugees through the Red Cross.
Colleagues who left a special mark on the agency last year include Bruno Jelić, who has published a book on lobbying titled Professional Lobbyist: a handbook on stakeholder advocacy; Marija Klika, who successfully completed her studies at the Ketchum international educational program The Race to Make It Real; and Ana Tkalec Barić, who celebrated ten years of work at DIALOG.
DIALOG ended last year with its grand fifteenth birthday celebration, and the promise that the next 15 will be even better.
Only the sky’s the limit!
