In the festive setting of the Raiffeisen GALLERY, located in the main building of the Raiffeisen Bank in Sarajevo, the members of the Management Board of the Bank organized a reception for the media representatives.
At the end of the year in which Raiffeisen marks 25 years of stable and successful business in the Bosnian-Herzegovinian market, Karlheinz Dobnigg, CEO of Raiffeisen Bank, addressed the media, thanking them for cooperation in the past period.
On that occasion, Dobnigg emphasized: “We are pleased that following our business strategy has gained us the epithet of one of the leading financial institutions with a strong market position throughout these years. Our good business results stem from continually adjusting our offer to customer expectations and requirements, and our strong brand is the key driver of our value, and gives our customers a sense of trust, confidence, reliability and partnership.”
Following market trends is a continuous orientation of Raiffeisen Bank, where the current trend of digitalisation represents a challenge for the Bank. In order to modernize, the Bank is also working on redesigning its broad network of branches, in line with the standards set by digitalisation. A proof that the Bank is on the right track to adjusting its business to the digital age came in the form of the award “Best Digital Bank in BiH for 2017” awarded to Rifaffeisen Bank by the renowned Global Finance magazine.
“Following our sustainability strategy, we strive to be fair partner to our clients and offer them the right solutions to meet their business development. Only such a mutual relationship, based on mutual trust, can result in success on both sides. Also, in accordance with the mentioned strategy, we strive to share our success with the community in which we operate and I am particularly pleased that we were able to support 95 projects in the fields of humanitarian aid, education, sport, culture and ecology this year,” added Dobnigg.
