Annoyed by the tedious daily chores, Molly decides to make them simpler by inventing intricate systems that would do her chores for her. Through life of invention she ends up working for the GE, where she continues pushing on with her inventions, still making daily tasks easier.

The ad was created by BBDO which is helping the 125-year-old brand reposition itself as a digital age company, that’s fit for bright and innovative minds. The company has been investing in recruitment advertising as of late as it aims to draw talent away from startups and trendier tech companies. According to GE, the brand’s ‘What’s the matter with Owen?’ recruitment campaign that launched in 2015 resulted in an 800% increase in employee applications.
