Marketing agency Communis has a new CEO. The position has been entrusted to Bojan Stankov, who is part of the agency for more than eleven years. In addition to her current role as Digital Creative Manager, Lea Stanković will take over the duties of Deputy Director.
Bojan Stankov, the new head of Communis, previously held the position of Client Service Director since 2008, where through his commitment, dedication and results he demonstrated superior professionalism, and outstanding leadership skills. Behind him is over 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising, project management and team management, with an active role in the creation of integrated communications, brand development, defining communication strategies, planning and implementation of a number of campaigns in Serbia and the region for local and international brands.
“The new position is a great challenge, but also a great motivation for further work on improving the business of the agency, monitoring global trends and achieving the strategic goals of the agency,” said Stankov.
Deputy Director, Lea Stanković, will primarily be responsible for the introduction of new and innovative products, which she dealt with very successfully so far. “I’m honored that, together with Bojan, I will have the opportunity to continue the development of Communis and contribute to creating even more innovative campaigns for our clients.”
Appointment of the new CEO however does not imply withdrawal of Ivan Stanković from the business, but the beginning of new projects and the creation of new business models.
“I’m sure that Bojan and Lea are the proper and only choice when it comes to further work and development of the Agency, and I’m very happy that they both agreed to my proposal,” said Ivan Stanković, president of Communis, who will continue to engage in creative work and business development.
Communis DDB is part of a strong global network, the DDB. In the region it is known as the agency that continuously piles up industry awards, including the Agency of the Year award at the last traditional annual award organized by the Serbian Association for Marketing Communications (UEPS).
