CROATIA: PR AGENCIES TO WORK FOR PUBLIC SECTOR AGAIN?
According to sources close to the Croatian government, the provision prohibiting the hiring of PR agencies in the public sector should be abolished after four years in force.
Although no official response has arrived yet, the new government is intensively working on the guidelines of public policy of professional services that will repeal the controversial provision of former Prime Minister Zoran Milanović in two to three months. The possible abolition of this provision is great news for all Croatian PR agencies, for which this decision, they say, was discriminatory and brought them in an unfavorable market position.
