Watch the video presentation on the mobile app A1 Lappsus, which we wrote about a couple of weeks ago. In the last 20 days it has been downloaded over 50,000 times, making it the most popular Android app in Croatia. Interest for their own version of the app has been expressed by Slovenia, Serbia, Austria and Bulgaria.
To recall, the app was made by the team of A1 Croatia, in collaboration with the agency Bruketa&Žinić&Grey, and it helps learn Croatian grammar. At each third unlocking of the screen, the app gives a spelling question with two possible responses, and for each correct answer the user gets extra data traffic. Through rewards for correct answers, A1 users can gain up to 1 GB of data traffic per month.
“A1 as a guide through new ways of life strives to make life easier, more effective and entertaining through digital technology. This service thus brings the brands promise to life, and provides added value to the unlock feature of your mobile devices, making it into a new digital tool for brand communication,” said Marija Jakeljić, Manager of Brand and Marketing Communications at A1 Croatia.
Project collaborators were Marko Alerić from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, and agencies Web Burza and MediaCom. The app is available for all Android users who can download it for free from Google Play Store.
