These service improvements aim at creating more satisfied clients who can do their business with the Bank in just a few clicks. With the whole package of digital banking you literally become your own banker, because this will certainly be Handy Banking, according to the Raiffeisen Bank dd BiH.
What is deserving of the “big like for digital banking” is a completely new service – the Raiffeisen Viber Chat, through which you can get informed about the latest offers from the Bank, calculate the installments for a loan, or find out where the nearest branch or ATM is located. In the spirit of handy banking, there are also new Viber stickers of the Bank, which you can use to invite a friend for a coffee, wish someone good morning or simply say hi to your friends. By downloading stickers for Raiffeisen Viber Chat at www.viber.com/stickers/raiffeisen2_ba you also become the follower of Bank’s Viber Public Account. Raiffeisen Viber Chat is available 24/7 and is available to all users, regardless of whether they are clients of the Bank.
Web Chat on www.raiffeisenbank.ba is a place where customers can refer any questions or ask for explanations that are related to business with the Bank.
Raiffeisen Internet and mobile banking services are already long standing services that make it easier to pay bills and check account balances while customers are at home or at work. To apply for a loan without any tiresome procedures, there is an online application where the loan processing fees are 50% lower, and customers need to visit the brick-and-mortar office for this purpose only once.
In addition, the Bank recently in Ferhadija street in Sarajevo opened its first digital office where customers can try out the digital services of the Bank and see firsthand how convenient they are. Within this office, there is a Cash Point ATM where customers can make deposits or payments on their accounts, as well as an automatic exchange where customers can do currency exchange on their own.
Task of the communication campaign was that all digital services be brought together in one place – in the palm of the one who uses them. Our hand and our fingers become bankers. Guided by this idea, the team of the marketing agency Communis Sarajevo wanted to highlight all the important benefits – with two hands and two fingers, sharpened up with ties, and turned into ambassadors of the brand.

The aim of digitization is to optimize operations with the Bank by adapting services to each client, and the current campaign of Raiffeisen Bank for digital channels in an innovative, lovable and unique way sends a message that we are easily approachable and always available.”
With this campaign, the Bank wants to send a message to their customers that “after you get to know all the new digital services of Raiffeisen Bank, you’ll feel as if banking is always at your fingertips.”
