A new online platform for TV industry professionals, NEM Network, is set to launch on August 19th, 2020. The online extension of everyone’s favorite NEM Dubrovnik and NEM Zagreb events is conceived as their virtual edition that combines the existing elements of the live events and satisfies all needs of TV industry stakeholders. Just like during NEM events, the NEM Network users will listen, but also be able to talk to leading experts about the newest trends in the TV industry, to network with potential business partners, and be provided with the chance of presenting a company or a product to key audiences as well as an opportunity to watch the newest content in the exclusive screenings.

Panels, presentations, interviews and screenings will be available on-demand from anywhere and anytime. Discussions on the recent subjects regarding the TV industry and networking through meetings, chat and interaction between platform users will be a key part of the NEM Network. Special interest groups divided according to subject will be set up, such as the ones focused on production, distribution, technological solutions for the TV industry and many other relevant and useful subjects. In those groups, subscribers will be able to present their ideas and views or start a discussion on the subject of their interest. One more special feature of this platform will be the newsfeed, a special channel that will gather key information and news from the leading TV industry media.

A community of TV professionals available anytime and anywhere

The main motive for this idea lies in the events surrounding the coronavirus epidemic and the need for gathering and doing business that doesn’t depend on the state of the world, says the NEM team.

“2020 made us think outside of the box of the event, so we decided to create a place where new business opportunities, key and interesting information can be accessed from anywhere and anytime. We can’t wait to launch our third NEM project”, says Sanja Božić-Ljubičić, owner of Mediavision, a full-service company specialized for communication, acquisition and distribution services in the TV industry that organizes NEM events.

The main goal of the NEM Network online platform is to create a community of TV professionals and companies that are involved in the creative, technological and business processes in the TV industry with a focus on the CEE region and the European market. It will gather in one place all those interested in creating new contacts, interesting content and relevant information: representatives of Pay TV channels, FTAs, VODs, production companies, telecom operators, technological companies and many others connected with the TV industry.

Everyone interested in the platform can seize the opportunity for Early Bird prices on packages for individuals and companies. More on the packages and prices can be found on NEM Network web pages.
