Bojan Hadžihalilović is a true master, a top designer and creative director. He is a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts at the graphic design department. With Senad Zaimović he founded the Fabrika Agency, the most creative agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After 20 years of experience in working with graphic design students, we asked him about bridging the gap between the academic and agency world, what are the expectations of young people when they leave the Academy and how to attract them to work in the advertising profession.
