Global cloud communications platform Infobip has announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Digitas Middle East, which operates within Publicis Groupe. The collaboration will be built on the AgentOS platform and aims to create a joint service practice that combines communications infrastructure, data, artificial intelligence, and customer experience expertise.
The initial implementation will cover the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia-Pacific markets, while the collaboration is supported by a global master agreement between the partners.
According to Krešo Žmak, Chief Innovation Officer at Infobip, the partnership demonstrates how the application of artificial intelligence and the joint development of solutions can help companies enhance customer experience and achieve measurable business results on a global scale.
As part of the expanded collaboration, Digitas Middle East plans to establish a dedicated team of certified experts for Infobip’s solutions and integrate AgentOS capabilities into client projects. At the same time, the partners will develop joint market solutions that combine the data and creative capabilities of Publicis Groupe with the communications and AI infrastructure of Infobip.
Kareem Monem, CEO of Digitas Middle East & Turkey, stated that the partnership will enable the development of solutions that combine creativity, data, and real-time communications, transforming them into tangible customer experiences.
An increasing number of companies are seeking to bring together data, marketing, and customer communications within a single system capable of delivering personalized experiences in real time. This is precisely the foundation of the collaboration between Publicis Groupe and Infobip, with one side contributing expertise in media, data, and loyalty, and the other providing the communications and AI infrastructure required to deliver these interactions at scale.
The growing demand for such solutions is also reflected in research conducted by Forrester, which found that 88 percent of decision-makers at director and senior management levels in B2B companies are already using or planning to use AI agents.
