If this year’s Branding Conference slogan, “Brand New Control,” needed a real-life test, it got one in the most direct way possible. In other words, even when you think you have everything under control, unexpected things still happen.
Due to damage to the roof structure of Skenderija and the ban on holding public events in the venue, the conference organizer, Via Media, was forced to change the date and location of one of the most important marketing events in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Instead of the originally planned date of June 5, the Branding Conference will now take place on September 18, 2026, at the Juan Antonio Samaranch – Zetra hall in Sarajevo.
The change of venue and date has not affected the conference program concept, which this year remains focused on the issues currently shaping the global communications industry. The program will bring together regional and international experts who will, through analyses of campaigns, business models, and creative processes, discuss how brands today are trying to move beyond the logic of constant “feed” content and become relevant actors in culture and society.
Special focus will be placed on the relationship between creativity and artificial intelligence, specifically on how AI is changing the processes of idea generation, production, and communication, but also where space remains for authorial integrity, responsibility, and real impact on audiences.
The organizers have also confirmed that Early Bird ticket prices will remain available until further notice, while registrations can be completed through the official website of the Branding Conference.
