In less than two years, artificial intelligence has become part of the daily operations of numerous companies. Tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude are now used for content creation, data analysis, market research, presentation preparation, and the automation of business processes. However, the growth of their use is not always accompanied by the development of internal policies and competencies required for their safe implementation.

The growing interest in AI tools has also raised questions about their responsible use within organisations. While employees are experimenting with new technologies and incorporating them into their daily tasks, many companies still lack defined procedures that would regulate their implementation, data protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

It is precisely this challenge that the Human2Human initiative seeks to address through its practical AI school, designed for organisations, employees, management teams, and individuals who want to develop concrete AI skills applicable in everyday work.

Representatives of Human2Human point out that AI literacy is becoming a new business competency. Just as digital literacy became an essential part of modern business, an increasing number of employees are now expected to understand the possibilities and limitations of artificial intelligence. This is no longer relevant only for IT professionals, but also for managers, marketing teams, HR departments, administration, public relations professionals, and other business functions.

The programme places a strong emphasis on practical application. Through workshops and real-world business examples, participants learn how to use AI to increase productivity, formulate effective prompts, assess the reliability of generated responses, protect business data, and integrate AI tools into existing work processes.

The organisers warn that the uncontrolled use of artificial intelligence can create a range of challenges, from sharing confidential information with external services to relying on inaccurate information and exposing organisations to potential regulatory risks. For this reason, they advocate a systematic approach that includes employee education, the definition of internal policies, and the development of a culture of responsible AI use.

According to Danijel Koletić, founder of the platform, the question is not whether artificial intelligence will change business, but how quickly organisations will adapt to that change.

“Whether artificial intelligence will manage humans or humans will manage artificial intelligence depends on education. Over the past year, I have been closely following the development of AI, which continues to evolve, transforming business globally in ways many of us are still not fully aware of. We are living through a new industrial revolution, although I would call it a new organisational and educational revolution. Those who start learning first, whether they are students, managers, or members of an organisation, will survive and gain a competitive advantage,” said Koletić.

The school is being delivered in cooperation with Meliorate Labs, a British startup led by Adrian Stavljenić. The philosophy of Human2Human is based on the belief that technology should empower people, not replace them. In a world where artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of everyday business, competitive advantage will depend not only on access to tools, but also on people’s ability to use them responsibly, safely, and effectively.
