Although an engineer by profession, the head of the direct marketing approach department at Croatian Telecom, Sanja Milinović, has spent the greatest part of her career in marketing and communications. Ten years ago, she was a manager at Digitel, the largest creative agency in Croatia, and for the last two years she’s been the director of the direct marketing approach department for the private users division at Croatian Telecom. Along with a diploma from the Faculty of Electronics and Computer Science, Sanja also holds an MBA degree from Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. She’s been dealing with branding for over 15 years.
