The IX White Square Festival in Minsk, Belarus, concluded on 29 April with the Gala Award Ceremony and announcement of the winners. This year’s festival was held under the tagline Creativity Wins, revolving around the concept of a boxing ring, having given the advertisers from around the globe a chance to challenge each other in this fair fight.
The Jurors at the creative ring of White Square were presented with five international jury categories, and consisted of 52 recognized experts from all over Europe, holders of numerous prestigious industrial awards, including more than 130 Cannes Lions. Their task was by no means an easy one, as there were 1059 entries, submitted by 216 agencies from different countries.
CREATIVE AGENCY of the IX White Square was Marvelous, Russia, which among other awards also won the Grand Prix with their 1MB Campaign. Creative Agency of IX White Square from Belarus was AIDA Pioneer Branding & Creative, while the Belarusian Grand Prix went to Angelina Pischikova, and the project CS Light Bulbs.
IX White Square attracted participants from 28 countries of Europe and CIS, including Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Greece, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and many others.
