Tonight we will find out who are the winners of the coveted Effie Awards Serbia, after the gala ceremony at the Radisson Blu Old Mill hotel, where about 150 guests and representatives of the marketing industry will come to see awards handed to the most successful campaigns realized between January 1 and December 31 2017.
18 works entered the finals in eight categories, and tonight we will know who of them will take Bronze, Silver and Gold Effie trophies.
Effie celebrates advertisers and agencies whose strategic approach, creative communication and implementation of ideas helped them achieve extraordinary market results. These are the key criteria according to which the jury composed of 48 members selected the winners of Effie Awards this year.
The jury was chaired by Srđan Bogosavljević from Ipsos Adria, and the vice-chair was Jelena Šarenac from Henkel.
Other members of the jury were professionals who come from reputable companies and represent different areas to ensure appropriate market representation, as well as diversity of knowledge and experience.
“A large number of entries is a good sign for our industry, so the task that was set before the jury was by no means easy when it comes to assessment. All submitted works were carefully reviewed and evaluated, and the best will be awarded at a gala ceremony which will only be invitation only. Effie Awards is a great opportunity to raise awareness of the effectiveness of marketing communications for a country’s economy,” said Jelena Ivanovic, Executive Director of IAA Serbia.
With this competition Serbia joined as the 44th country in which Effie is organized.
