The Weekend Food Festival returns to Rovinj from April 11th to 13th, bringing an entirely new concept under the motto “Eat Local, Think Global.” This year, it celebrates seasonality, sustainability, and authenticity through unique gastronomic experiences that connect Istrian tradition with global trends.

A new highlight this year is RANGITE! – Istrian Food Market, an open zone for all visitors and passersby, where authentic Istrian cuisine meets modern culinary techniques. Guests will be able to enjoy fuži, žgvacet, and other local delicacies, accompanied by the stories that make them special!

Maistra Collection Gourmet Weekend concept gathers global culinary stars in one place
With the arrival of culinary legend Marco Pierre White, Rovinj will also welcome renowned chefs Giulio Gigli, JP McMahon, Matteo Metullio, and Hubert Wallner. As part of the Maistra Collection Gourmet Weekend, they will prepare exclusive dinners at top restaurants Monte, Cap Aureo, and Agli Amici Rovinj.
