The third edition of the only Croatian blogger and influencer conference, DIABLOG, was held in the Kaptol Boutique Cinema in Zagreb. The conference brought together about a hundred guests, who were treated with a series of interesting lectures, presentations, workshops and roundtables.
The results of the latest survey of Croatian blogging and influencer scene show that creators of content are becoming more mature, and along with their own online channels, the vast majority (61%) have a steady job and are highly educated (75%). 40% of them continuously collaborate with only one brand, and on average earn less than they earned last year (63% up to 3.500 HRK), which means that there are lots of new faces on the scene and that the so-called microinfluencers are gaining in popularity. What they should work more on is proactivity in brand collaborations, because 70% of them are waiting for brands to come to them. As the main trends, respondents highlighted video content, podcasts and Instagram TV.
The best bloggers were declared in the categories of fashion, beauty, gastronomy and travel, and a special award was presented for the biggest breakthrough in the past year. Also, the conference awarded titles the New Star, the Best Influencer, and the Best Brands for collaboration with bloggers.
