Two months ago VETTURELLI announced the expansion of its area of activity to communication-organizational consulting, with the aim of assisting leaders and companies in the process of adaptation to digital transformation. Now, their team has received reinforcement as Sanja Petek Mujačić joined the team on May 15, and is now a partner at the company along with Dijana and Viktor Vetturelli.
Sanja joins VETTURELLI from the post of executive director at Bruketa & Žinić OM, where she has been responsible for management and strategic development of the agency over the last 13 years. Her tasks included expansion to international markets and developing new services and areas of action, such as launching the first Design Thinking Education and digital department of the agency. By working with regional and international market leaders, she has gained insight and experience in company processes and culture, and the problems they face today.
“As recent international research shows that only 6% of executive directors highlight their satisfaction with the efficiency of innovative processes in their companies, it is of the utmost importance that we have Sanja on our team, as she brings the understanding and experience of digitization and innovation,” explained Viktor Vetturelli.
“Digital transformation does not only relate to application of advanced technology solutions, the development of new services, and the way of interacting with users and consumers, but also the way the company’s strategic goals and visions live among employees. The creative industry I come from is aware of that, and constantly looks for innovative processes and their integration into agency everyday life. As noted by VETTURELLI, the focus of their future work will be to assist leaders and organizations in the process of adapting to digital transformation through the development of appropriate corporate culture, and if needed they will include in projects experienced experts and creative minds of different backgrounds, from tech, design and creative industries, to fields of sociology and psychology.
