United Media, one of the leading media companies in Southeast Europe, is launching Nova Docu, a new regional VOD catalog that, starting November 5, will offer the best local and international documentary content. Users in Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia will have access to documentaries on the EON platform.
The Nova Docu catalog will feature a diverse selection of award-winning local documentaries, as well as numerous international titles, covering a wide range of topics—from fascinating life stories and biographical films to in-depth explorations of social phenomena, music, sports, and historical events.

Some of the exciting titles that will be part of the catalog include: Biba Electricity, Children of Petriček, Waiting for Handke, Toni Kukoč: The Magic Seven, Heavenly Theme, Gru is Here, In Praise of Nothing, Completely Personal, Facing the Day, Atacama Desert, and Ivan’s Game. In addition to local productions, EON users will also have access to some of the world’s best documentaries, such as the multi-award-winning film 20 Days in Mariupol, as well as a documentary about the extraordinary life of Lionel Messi. There is also a documentary on XY Chelsea—a look into the life and career of Chelsea Manning, a transgender woman and former U.S. Army soldier. Toni Kukoč: The Magic Seven is an inspiring biographical film about one of the best European basketball players ever. Biba Electricity tells the incredible story of a man from Serbia whose life was transformed by electricity. The protagonist can even roast sausages with his bare hands, attempting to become the world’s first human laser.
The EON platform is currently available in a market of 40 million people across Southeast Europe, offering users an incredible collection of 80,000 titles in its video club. With the option to download content for offline viewing on mobile phones or tablets, the EON Video Club allows viewers to enjoy shows, movies, and series anytime and anywhere.
