UNIQA insurance enables buying insurance via Viber

UNIQA Osiguranje is the first and only insurance company in Bosnia and Herzegovina that offers travel insurance and UNIQA S.O.S. Road Assistance services through a Viber Bot. By introducing the UNIQA Viber Bot service, the company now offers its customers faster purchases of the most popular products during the summer season. Through this service, users can purchase travel insurance or UNIQA S.O.S. Road Assistance in just a minute or two.

A new feature of the UNIQA Viber Bot is also the portal My UNIQA, intended for existing UNIQA insurance clients, through which clients can report damage at any time, check the status of their claim and the status of the current and expired insurance policies, the premium duration or condition of the paid amount per policy, and of course, they can contact their sales adviser. In addition, customers can get information about the products, look for and get an insurance quote, send an inquiry or find the address of the nearest UNIQA insurance branch.

There’s also an ongoing prize game, Think of a safe journey that runs until August 31, 2018. Namely, with the purchase of travel insurance and / or travel assistance via Viber, clients can win one of the prizes from a prize fund worth 10,000 BAM. After purchasing the insurance, users can register at https://www.uniqa.ba/nagradna-igra, and post a photo from their trip, and the photos with the highest number of votes will win valuable prizes. The prize game is also open for those who purchase travel and property insurance in the “old way” as well, ie. at UNIQA insurance offices throughout the country or via the UNIQA webshop.

The new channel of communication, UNIQA Viber Bot, has gained over 100,000 followers in less than three months since launch, and in the coming period, implementation of additional features is planned within this channel of communication.
