The second season of the popular children’s loyalty program Zvjerići 2 has started in Konzum and Mercator stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After the successful implementation of the first season of Zvjerići last year, where Konzum and Mercator allowed children to learn about wild protected animal species through play and fun, this year’s goal is to further raise awareness about the importance of spending more quality time in nature. This year, the focus is once again on plush characters of playful animals that live in our surroundings. As part of this project, from August 26th to October 20th, in all Konzum and Mercator stores, customers will be able to collect stickers that allow them to purchase their favorite Zvjerići toy at a special price, with the last purchase possible by November 3rd. Customers receive stickers for every 10 BAM spent or for purchasing specially marked products from the project’s partners. In addition to the educational aspect, this project also has a humanitarian significance, as a portion of the proceeds from each plush toy sold during the Zvjerići 2 program will be donated to the association Heart for Children with Cancer. Konzum d.o.o. Sarajevo has demonstrated its long-term commitment to providing help and support to sick children through donations in previous projects such as Zdravoljupci 1 and 2, Morsovci, Zumići and the first season of Zvjerići.
“Konzum and Mercator have become recognized for their children’s loyalty programs, which for the sixth year in a row have brightened the start of a new school and kindergarten year for children. Interest in this project is growing year by year, and we are happy to once again offer our customers plenty of fun and education with plush characters of cheerful animals that their children will quickly love. As always, through such projects, we actively contribute to the community in which we operate, and we will set aside a significant portion of funds to support the work of the ‘Heart for Children with Cancer’ association because socially responsible action is one of the most important principles of our company’s operations,” said Haris Arnautović, Head of Marketing at Konzum d.o.o.
