Abeceda Komunikacije is launching a strategic partnership with Studenac Market, the most widespread retail chain in Croatia and one of the fastest-growing in its segment in Central and Eastern Europe.
This new partnership marks a significant step forward for both companies, who are joining forces to further strengthen and enhance communication with Studenac Market’s customers and stakeholders in the domestic market.

“I’m looking forward to working with a team that understands how retail works, as well as the dynamics of modern communication. This partnership is a natural step in our accelerated growth and transformation. With Abeceda’s support, our goal is to clearly and authentically communicate our commitment to growth and development, while effectively showcasing to local communities the many benefits we bring as a unique retail format in the market,” said Tatjana Spajić, Director of Corporate Communications at Studenac.

“We are proud that Studenac has recognized us as a partner for a new chapter in its communication development. We believe that together we will further strengthen Studenac’s position and bring their values closer to the wider public through innovative and authentic communication strategies,” said Marina Bolanča, Director of Abeceda Komunikacije.

Studenac Market was founded in 1991 in Omiš as a family-owned retail chain. Since 2018, Studenac has been pursuing an ambitious growth strategy by opening new stores and acquiring local and regional chains. Today, Studenac is the leading market consolidator and is driving retail expansion in Croatia, with more than 1,440 stores and approximately 7,000 employees.

In 2024, the company achieved a 22% increase in sales revenue and continues to grow with the goal of reaching 3,400 stores by 2028. Additionally, 2024 marked Studenac’s first international expansion with the acquisition of the Slovenian retail chain Kea, which operates 32 stores. Since the acquisition in September 2024, Studenac has opened eight new stores in the Slovenian market.

Abeceda Komunikacije, led by founder and director Marina Bolanča, has been setting standards in the world of strategic communication for over a decade, operating according to principles of flexibility, expertise, and a partnership approach that enables clients to grow and gain visibility in the market.
