SPAR Hrvatska Builds Its New Communication Platform Around Everyday Rituals at the Table

The campaign by Bruketa&Žinić&Grey, titled “Bring the Best to the Table”, focuses on freshness, local products, and the emotional value of shared everyday moments.

Agency Bruketa&Žinić&Grey has created a new communication platform for SPAR Hrvatska titled “Bring the Best to the Table”. At the centre of the platform is the idea of the table as a place where people meet, share everyday life, and show care for those who matter to them. The goal of the campaign is to further connect with customers who want to know where the food they choose comes from, with an emphasis on freshness, transparency, and a responsible relationship toward the community. This is the first in a series of joint campaigns since the agency took over the role of lead agency for SPAR Hrvatska earlier this year.

In Croatian culture, the table carries a special meaning. It is a space of gathering, hospitality, and small rituals that connect us – from morning breakfasts to family lunches and spontaneous dinners. It is precisely from these everyday situations that the idea behind the campaign emerges: regardless of the occasion, we want to bring out the best for the people we care about.

The platform does not view freshness as a promise, but as something that must be proven every day. Price is not just a number, but part of a broader story about value, while care for health is reflected in small but consistent choices. In this way, SPAR positions itself as a partner that understands the importance of what comes to the table and supports customers in choosing quality, fresh, and local products.

The central part of the campaign is a television commercial that, through a series of authentic scenes, portrays different tables and moments from everyday life – from busy mornings to long dinners that spontaneously stretch into the night. The focus is not only on the meals themselves, but also on the reasons why we choose them: the desire to host, to share, and to show care through food.

“Bring the Best to the Table” is an invitation to return to what truly matters – the simple moments we share with others. Because it is precisely around the table, in conversations and small gestures, that the relationships which stay with us are created.
