The jubilee 35th edition of the Slovenian Advertising Festival – SOF 2026, one of the most important regional gatherings of the communications, marketing and creative industry, has concluded in Portorož, once again bringing together leading professionals from the fields of advertising, media, production and brand communications.
This year’s edition of the festival brought a total of 43 silver, 26 gold and three Grand Prix awards, while the results once again showed how the regional industry is increasingly rewarding projects that successfully combine creativity, strategic thinking and real business or social impact.
The title of Agency of the Year was awarded to Futura DDB, confirming its position as one of the most consistent creative agencies on the Slovenian market, while Mastercard was named Brand of the Year.
In the production categories, the award for best film production company was shared by Razvojna agencija Kozjansko and Kinomotel, while the title of best radio and audio production company went to 001.
The Advertising Personality of the Year award was presented to Urban Korenjak for his contribution to the development of the creative and communications industry, while Atlantic Grupa was named Advertiser of the Year 2025.
The festival also brought the finals of the national Young Creatives competition, through which Slovenia selects its representatives for the international Cannes Young Lions competition. Slovenia will this year be represented by Amber Škrabec and Gašper Potočnik from Agencija 101.
Through its festival programme, SOF once again opened discussions around the development of creativity, AI tools, brand transformation, digital culture and changes in the relationship between audiences and communication, reaffirming its role as one of the key regional platforms for the exchange of ideas, trends and industry experience.
