Regpak – region’s most important award for packaging – this year went to Señor advertising agency. At the recently held award ceremony at the Sheraton hotel in Zagreb, Señor was awarded for wine labels Pod zidom, for the best overall packaging series of products in the region! Selection for the Regpak includes the best packaging from each of the countries in the region, selected and nominated for this prestigious award by national experts.
Made for a restaurant of the same name, color coded labels keep their content symbolically hidden, so to learn more about it, you have to look under the label, or under the wall (Pod zidom)
With this and last year’s Cropak award for packaging of Iskrena vina (Sincere wines), it is obvious that Señor along with successful and award-winning advertising projects, with reinforcements in the design department, is expanding the focus to the design of packaging products.
“Our core business is communication, so we approach packaging as a medium that is on the first line of dialogue with the consumer, even before other advertising means. Apart from having to look attractive, the message and concept are essential in order for the product to stand out from the competition and communicate,” said Vanja Blumenšajn, creative director of the agency.
