Although the average Croat owns an average of 2.7 credit cards, and of those who have them whopping 95% use them regularly, there is still a significant part of the population who don’t use credit cards. They either have none, or they do have them, but are not familiar with all their advantages, so they continue to pay with cash by inertia, even though it is often slower, more complicated and more uncertain.
Encouraged by these data, Zagrebačka banka and Señor decided to make an educational campaign that will tell the story of five people in five videos, who in spite of some of their well-established habits started using Zaba’s cards for payment.
“We are proud of our new campaign for Zaba cards and the communication step that we have achieved with it. The first reactions are really excellent, and this campaign is certainly true indicator of good strategy, quality Insight and excellent cooperation with Señor team,” said Vanja Vaniček, marketing director of Zagrebacka banka.
“Habit is a good servant, but a lousy master, says an old proverb. That’s why in this campaign we used a series of stories and different personalities to show how to manage habits and begin to shop smarter,” added Jurica Ćorluka, creative director at Señor.
Just like the one of the characters in this series of commercials, Señor also doesn’t have a habit do anything in installments, and therefore they provided all five spots merged together, to inform the public about the benefits of credit cards.
