As AI platforms continue to reshape how consumers discover local businesses, marketing agencies are increasingly looking for models that can help clients maintain visibility beyond traditional search engines. This is the space where Semify is now positioning itself with the launch of its new AIO service designed to optimize brand presence across AI platforms.
The company says the new service was developed through testing and validation across four major AI platforms: OpenAI ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, and Perplexity AI Perplexity. The system combines AI optimization tactics, an expert team, and performance measurement software powered by Dragon Metrics.
Unlike many platforms that have recently focused heavily on automation in AI optimization, Semify is emphasizing an approach built on experimentation, testing, and a combination of technology and human expertise.
“While many platforms rushed to market, we leaned into the scientific method: hypothesize, test, validate, and optimize. We ran controlled experiments across four AI platforms and various client verticals. We developed a comprehensive AI visibility service by isolating variables, measuring outcomes, and refining based on data. Our agency partners don’t need more vague promises; they need proven methodologies with transparent data that scales. We treated AIO the same way we approach any emerging channel: with rigorous analysis, human-led design, strategy, and validation,” said Patrick Briggs, CEO of Semify.
At the same time, the company is attempting to connect AI optimization with the SEO services it already provides to thousands of clients. In practice, this means unified visibility tracking across traditional search engines and AI platforms through a single dashboard and enterprise API/MCP integration.
Semify says this approach allows agencies to avoid fragmented data sources and simplify their technology infrastructure while combining AI platform optimization with existing SEO activities such as content development, structured data, and domain authority building.
“Our integrated reporting gives clients a simple and understandable overview of their brand and website presence in AI responses. Visibility works differently on AI search platforms than traditional search, so we’ve defined a new set of metrics to effectively measure performance on these platforms in a way that captures what it truly means to be visible online,” said Simon Lesser, Chief Product Officer at Semify.
The company also emphasizes that it does not see AI optimization as a fully automated process, but rather as a model that still requires strategic human work. That is why the platform includes a team of strategists working on optimizing what, in their view, AI tools still cannot solve independently.
The AIO service is available to existing and new Semify partners and is integrated with the company’s existing SEO, PPC, and paid social advertising services. The focus is primarily on agencies working with clients in home improvement, automotive, dental, legal, and other location-based industries.
